Prescription Refills
- Ideally, try to book an appointment for refills.
- If an appointment is not possible, call your pharmacy and ask them to fax us a prescription request. Please do this at least 1 week before they run out as it does take at least 2 business days to return the form to your pharmacy.
- Please try to request that all of your refills be done at the same time. (This saves a lot of work.)
- If you haven’t been seen in a year, then please book an appointment to be seen. A fax refill will only provide 1-3 months more of medication without refills, until you are seen.
- Please allow for 3 business days after you request refill for processing.
Bloodwork
- Bloodwork can be drawn in office Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-3:00pm (closed 12:00pm-1:00pm), and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm.
- Please book an appointment.
- Fasting bloodwork means nothing to eat or drink from midnight on. It is okay to take your morning medications and drink water.
Well Baby Exams
Typically, checkups for babies/children occur at 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months and then every 1-2 years.

Physicals
- Physicals are typically booked Monday-Thursday in the morning.
- These must be at least 1 full calendar year apart
- We are currently booking 3-6 months in advance.
- For most female patients, a pap test is required every 2 years. Click here for further info.
- If possible, please bring an updated list of your medications.
- Please come fasting for bloodwork.
