Driver’s Medicals
- Please be clear when booking/requesting an appointment that it is for a Drivers Medical.
- Please book at your earliest convenience; if possible, 4 weeks prior to renewal date.
- There is a $60 charge for the completion of the form – cash or cheque only please.
- Please bring the form, which can be picked up at Access PEI or downloaded here, and your health card to the appointment.
- Generally, these appointments are booked at 11:00 am Monday – Thursday.
- We do the eye exam portion here in office as well.
